1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting services, submitting a quote form, signing an estimate, or making a payment with Stubbs Landscaping, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Stubbs Landscaping provides residential and commercial landscaping services including lawn maintenance, mulching, planting, hardscaping, outdoor living installations, seasonal cleanups, and snow removal. Services are detailed in written estimates or service agreements.

3. Estimates & Contracts

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A signed proposal or approval (including electronic approval through Jobber) is required before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before scheduling services. Payment terms are outlined in each estimate or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees. Stubbs Landscaping reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.

5. Scheduling & Weather Delays

All scheduling is weather dependent. Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, supply delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Property Access & Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe and clear access to work areas and are responsible for marking underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fences, or private lines. Stubbs Landscaping is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or concealed hazards.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in a service charge.

8. SMS & Electronic Communications (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By submitting your phone number through our website, contact forms, or Jobber client portal, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Stubbs Landscaping. Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, billing notifications, and occasional promotional offers.

Message frequency varies depending on services requested. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Workmanship warranties, if applicable, will be stated in your service agreement. Stubbs Landscaping is not responsible for plant loss due to weather, pests, disease, improper watering, or lack of maintenance. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Completed services are generally non-refundable.t orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, or as otherwise required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

12. Changes to Terms

Stubbs Landscaping reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
